Getting Started

iPhone

PocketGeo on iPhone records your location history.

For the best experience:

1. Open PocketGeo.
2. Allow Location Services when requested.
3. Choose Always Allow location access if you want PocketGeo to continue building your atlas while the app is in the background.
4. Keep Precise Location enabled.
5. Tap Begin Mapping if location recording is not already active.

PocketGeo is designed to adjust location collection automatically to reduce unnecessary battery usage while still maintaining a useful location history.

PocketGeo for Mac

PocketGeo for Mac is the desktop companion to PocketGeo on iPhone.

The Mac app does not independently record your physical location history.
